At Sturt we have introduced the HOW2Learn strategy focused on building students' capacity to learn. Our aim is to develop a learning culture that enables everyone to:
· Be self-aware in their learning
· Use the language and behaviours of successful learners
· Share a belief that intelligence is learnable and expandable
Our students are guided to replicate behaviours of reciprocity, resilience, resourcefulness, reflectiveness and responsibility by imitating the HOW2Learn characters of Team Recipro, Rezilia, Strategex, Innovatrix and Ethicon.
